What is the cancellation policy?

Your T&Cs are available to you, in full, at the time your local expert sends you a bookable holiday offer.

As we also love travelling, we understand that it is important to be transparent about the basics to aide with the your decision making process. So, here are the details about the cancellation policy that will apply to your booking:

- up to 60 days before the tour start date, a fee equal to the down-payment or 20%

- 59 to 28 days before the tour start date, 40%

- 27 to 15 days before the tour start date, 70%

- 14 or less days before the start of the tour and in the event of a no-show, 100%
