How do I pay for my trip?

When you’re happy with the suggested itinerary and after you have confirmed your trip through the platform, you can pay for your trip via a secure payment link (the 3D Secure program for Visa and SecureCode for Mastercard).

Payment process

You will be automatically directed to the payment page as soon as you have confirmed the booking.

You will find the payment link in your booking confirmation message directly on the platform in your traveler account. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to your personal inbox, which will also include the payment link.


The payment link contains all the necessary information - payment amount, booking details, contact information, etc.


What currency can I pay in?

When paying through our platform you are be able to pay in USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, CHF and GBP.

Please inform your local expert of your preferred currency.

Initially, your local expert will usually provide the first quote in USD. However, the official booking quote, which is generated after your local expert has created the booking in the system and before you confirm, will be provided in your preferred currency. This allows you to review everything in your chosen currency before confirming the booking


Payment methods

You can pay for your trip using VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or bank transfer.

Through the payment link under 'Payment Method,' you can choose to pay either by credit card or bank transfer. All the necessary information is provided there—please follow the steps. At this stage, you can also choose to already pay for your trip in full. The down payment is required immediately after confirming the booking.

When is the payment due?

A minimum down payment of 20% is required to secure your booking after confirmation, with the remainder of the balance due 60 days before departure.

Please note that if any activities/hotels/flights require payment in advance, your down payment may end up being higher than 20%. But when this is the case, your local expert will inform you beforehand. Our local experts offer payment terms that are relevant to the market their operate in, as each market has a different legal requirement.


If your departure is within the next 60 days, you will be asked for the full amount to be paid immediately after confirming.

In this case the payment link will not give you the option to chose what you want to pay, as the full amount is required directly.


How do I know the payment was successful?

When the payment is successful, you will receive a payment confirmation both as a message on the platform in your traveler account and as an email to your personal inbox.
